Do you provide complete stall designing & fabrication services only in Kolkata?
Not really. Although our head office is in Kolkata , we have production hubs across Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru to handle stalls across India. We provide end to end exhibition solutions including concept design, 3D Visualisation, fabrication, branding solutions, installation, on site support,additional deliverables and dismantling.
How early should we ask for a design & proposal?
Ideally 6-8 weeks before the exhibition. However we understand that decisions are often made late and depending on availability, we can also support urgent requirements with quick design development and execution. ideally 3 weeks before for smooth & quality execution.
How long have you been operating in Kolkata Exhibitions?
Our team brings 12 plus years of hands on experience across Industrial, Mining, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, food, FMCG, poultry and other corporate B2B exhibitions.We have successfully delivered projects across 8 cities apart from Kolkata.
Can your design properly align with our objectives and brand positioning?
Absolutely. Our first objective before making the design is to understand the purpose and expectation from the event. Your products, target audience, brand positioning and budget which does not remain same for all your yearly participation based on the impact of the event.
Are you flexible with Budget and Stall Size?
Yes, we are. But only to that extent that it does not demean your brand name. We have to match your expectation and purpose of your spending at the event. We usually start from 36 sqm, but we are flexible depending on the scope of our involvement.
How can you ensure timely handover and quality delivery?
We follow a structured production process covering planning, design approvals, production scheduling , man power delegation, and installation at the site.Our focus on preparation, supervision and quality control helps us deliver professionally finished stalls on time and ready before the exhibition opens.
What if we need changes at the last minute at site?
We plan every stall in detail during the design stage and clearly define all deliverables in our proposal to avoid last-minute surprises. This ensures smooth execution and timely handover.
However, our team is present on-site during installation, and we can accommodate minor adjustments where feasible. For any major changes, we recommend confirming them during the design phase so we can maintain quality, safety, and timelines.
